Cardiac Center: The Center includes a specialized Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation Unit and a 16-bed Cardiovascular Intervention Unit.

Providence Breast Center: Women benefit from comprehensive, centralized breast diagnostic services, including stereotactic breast biopsy.
- Providence Joint Center: This Center has recreated the way staff members care for persons receiving a total knee, hip or shoulder replacement.
- Providence Spine Center: The Hospital offers a comprehensive multi-disciplinary spine care program.
- Providence Diabetes Center: Patients with diabetes have access to inpatient and outpatient resources, including diabetes management during hospitalization, various outpatient education classes and a free, monthly support group.
- Radiation Oncology Center: Extensive care is available for patients with cancer through inpatient and outpatient treatment. The Center's Trilogy system treats a variety of life-threatening conditions, including cancer, with image-guided radiation therapy.

At the request of the local bishop, the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth opened Providence Hospital in 1920. In 1976, the Medical Center relocated to a new site on a spacious campus in western Kansas City, Kan. The Mission continues to focus on Providence's special identity as a Catholic Hospital while expanding its service area and serving the needs of the community-well into the future.
